Public insight into The Draft Spatial Plan "Belgrade Waterfront"

Public insight into the The Draft of The special purpose area Spatial Plan for regulation of the coastal part of the city of Belgrade – coastal area of the river Sava for the project "Belgrade Waterfront" (hereinafter referred to: Draft Spatial Plan) and the Report on the Strategic Assessment of the Impact of The special purpose area Spatial Plan for regulation of the coastal part of the city of Belgrade – coastal area of the river Sava for the project "Belgrade Waterfront" to environment (hereinafter referred to: the SEA) shall last from 29th of September to 28th of October 2014.

       

Draft Spatial Plan with a set of graphic appendixes and SEA shall be presented for the public insight every working day from 9:00 to 14:00 :

  • In the building of the City Administration of the city of Belgrade, at the address: Trg Nikole Pasica no. 6;

as well as on the official web-site address of the Republic Agency for Spatial Planning http://www.rapp.gov.rs.

Additional information about the Draft Spatial Plan and SEA will be provided to interested parties in the building of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade at Trg Nikole Pašića no. 6 during the public insight, every Thursday between 11:00 and 14:00.

Public presentation of the Draft Spatial Plan and the SEA will be held in the Great Hall of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade, on Monday, 13th of October 2014 at Trg Nikole Pašića no. 6, with the beginning at 12:00.

All Interested natural persons and legal entities can submit their comments on the Draft Spatial Plan and the SEA during the public insight, exclusively in writing to the Clerk’s Office of the Self-Government Body or to the Republic Agency for Spatial Planning, or can be sent by mail, not later than 28th of October 2014.

Comments are to be submitted to the following addresses:

  • City of Belgrade, Department for Urban Planning and Construction (through Clerk’s Office), at the address: 27. Marta Street 43-45, 11000 Belgrade or
  • Republic Agency for Spatial Planning, at the address: Kralja Milutina Street no. 10a, 11000 Belgrade. 

Public session of the Public Insight Committee will be held upon the closing of the public insight, on Wednesday 5th of November 2014 with the beginning at 12:00, in the Great Hall of the City Administration of the City of Belgrade, on Monday, 13th of October 2014 at Trg Nikole Pašića no. 6.
